My name is Cait, and one of my strongest passions in life is helping women become healthier, stronger, and most importantly, more confident! I believe every woman should be confident in their body.
I have been in the fitness industry in various capacities for almost a decade, and have a Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science and a Master's of Education in Kinesiology. I'm a certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine, Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified and certified #Moderation365 Nutrition Consultant. I love using the knowledge and experience I have gained to educate and empower women to take small yet intentional steps to adjust their eating and exercise habits, that will lead overall improved health.
I don't believe in diets, fads, and quick-fixes. I believe in practical, meaningful, and personal changes that will have a long-term impact on your individual health and confidence.
