I created this recipe e-book because I’m always looking for healthy, easy and fast to make one pot meals. It’s hard to track them down! I’d find a recipe I like but the ingredients were not all healthy or it would have an absurd ingredient that’s $100 that I’ll never use again. I started tweaking and substituting ingredients and making notes on the recipes each time so I could repeat it. 


These recipes are the result of that. They are my best. The ones I make all the time. I want to share them you because I want you to know eating healthy doesn’t have to take a lot of time and it doesn’t have to be boring. I want you to have an easier time finding healthy recipes to prepare for your family. I want you to spend less time in the kitchen so you can spend more time with your family.


This recipe book contains 21 recipes! There are 13 EASY to make, EASY to follow and FAST to put together meals for meal prep on the weekends or a weeknight meal. Half the meals are meatless, so if you’re trying to cut back on your meat consumption then this is a great start.


The book also includes 8 healthy sweet treat recipes. These are recipes I make all the time! I love to bake, but I don’t always love the high sugar and high fat versions. Give these a try and you won’t even know the difference!
